The Company:
Luxurious developer specialising in regenerating large areas of London and creating beautiful, desirable places to live. They have a large presence internationally as well as a strong, reputable brand within the UK. They are rated highly by their employees for job satisfaction and internal progression.

The Role:

  • To be responsible for providing customer service to buyers post purchase of properties.
  • Main responsibilities for defect resolution and dealing with a wide range of enquiries.
  • Up to £30k basic salary
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) based on-site

The Person:

  • This candidate needs to have very strong customer service skills (experience in property customer service preferred but no essential)!
  • Previous experience in residential property sales progression
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
