I am looking for a bubbly and enthusiastic individual to join our clients New Homes team in Brighton, East Sussex. Previous property experience is not essential! If you are familiar with sales, enjoy interacting with customers and are pro-active, this could be your next role.
You will be on rota to work every Saturday, and have the opportunity to sell East Sussexs' high value New Home properties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is wanting to keep busy and is looking for an additional income stream!
What's in it for you?

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
- Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
- Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers, estate agents, and developers
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and potential buyers
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the home buying process.
