General Manager  

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to act as the key link between the business' client and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a background in PRS or the Living sectors. Job PurposeTo be the senior client lead and to hold full accountability for operational performance and lead on critical projects, outlined within relevant contracts. Work with the Associate Director to provide operational and strategic leadership for business. A growing European real estate platform is looking for a qualified finance professional to work directly with the Finance Director across a portfolio of living sector developments and operational assets.The business invests develops and manages student accommodation and build to rent assets across several European markets. With new projects underway and the platform continuing to expand this role sits at the centre of the finance function supporting investor reporting asset level performance and group accounting.This is a broad role in a lean team.
