My client is an established, PE-backed developer with significant institutional backing, currently experiencing rapid growth with ambitious plans to deliver over 1,000 new units annually. Operating as a fully integrated business - from development through to lettings and management - they're focused on creating high-quality, sustainable homes across the UK. The Role This is a brand new position for a client-side Project Manager who will oversee active sites spread across the South East region, from Oxford, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes, and Windsor . You'll be home-based with travel across these sites, joining projects from site commencement (post pre-construction phase) through to successful completion and handover. This role would particularly suit someone from a consultancy background - think Employers Agent experience - rather than a traditional site-based construction PM.
