The role is 37.5 hours per week, including working 2 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu, plus one late start/late finish each week (11am-7pm).</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>I'm currently working with a well-established, private equity-backed residential property business operating within the <strong>Build-to-Rent and Single-Family Housing sector</strong>. The business has an exciting growth strategy in place and is continuing to expand its portfolio across the UK.</p><p>As part of this continued growth, they are looking to appoint a <strong>Viewings &amp;
