You'll own projects from start to finish, build and develop your own team, and have a direct say in the firm's strategy and growth. Senior Building Surveor

<h3>Structural &amp; Civils Design Manager</h3><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>London | £55,000 - £80,000</strong></p><p class="isSelectedEnd">I'm recruiting for a Design Manager to join the technical team of a major residential developer, working on a significant multi-phase London development as it moves into Stage 3 design.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">The development will ultimately deliver <strong>1,500+ homes</strong>, alongside a large new park, community spaces and extensive infrastructure and external works.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">The role will have a broad design remit across <strong>structures and civils</strong>, coordinating consultants and making sure the building and infrastructure design is properly integrated as the scheme develops.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">You could come from either a <strong>structural or civils/infrastructure background</strong>.
