Job description

Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator, supporting resident satisfaction at two premier London developments reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you'll provide a seamless resident experience in collaboration with developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for residents, managing move-ins and addressing queries.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and support resident onboarding.
  • Document interactions using CRM software.

Ideal Candidates

  • 1+ year in Customer Experience in new residential buildings.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills (MS Office, CRM).
  • Calm, proactive, and able to work independently.
