Looking to pick up some extra cash for the summer? Im looking for an experienced new homes sales consultant to join their New Homes team ASAP!
You will be working on a brand new site in Reading, Berkshire. The site comprises of 4 luxury houses. ASAP start date available! The candidate must have previous New Homes experience OR must have strong experience in Estate Agency.
4 Week temp role that could be extended.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
- Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
- Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
- Negotiating prices and closing sales with potential buyers
- Providing advice and guidance to potential buyers on financing options and the home buying process
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
