Land Buyer
Deverellsmith has partnered with a well-funded SME Developer based in North London. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working closely with and reporting directly to the founder of the business.
The Role:
- Conduct market research through site visits and evaluations of target locations.
- Support the team in identifying suitable land acquisition opportunities.
- Participate in meetings with vendors and agents.
- Cultivate relationships and expand your professional network within the industry.
- Assist with appraisals, planning, market analysis, and due diligence processes.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and confident property professional.
- Background in agency or transactional roles.
- Previous experience on either the agency or client side.
- Proficient in Excel, particularly in running appraisals.
