Job Title: Lettings Administrator
Location: Oxford City Centre
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Our client, a well-established estate agency in Oxford City Centre, is looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the lettings team
  • Manage tenancy agreements, contracts, and documentation
  • Handle tenant and landlord enquiries
  • Assist with property viewings (valid UK driving licence and access to a car required)
  • Maintain accurate property records and databases
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (for occasional property viewings)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional Saturday working
