Lettings Negotiator, Balham, London
My client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our thriving estate agency in Balham. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for property, strong sales skills, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a database, registering and qualifying applicants
Conducting property viewings and providing professional advice to prospective tenants.
Negotiating offers with tenancy team and manager
Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Keeping up to date with local property market trends and regulations.
Working towards and achieving personal and team targets.
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in lettings (6-18 months is ideal)
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Knowledge of the Balham property market (desirable but not required)
A valid UK driving licence
