Deverellsmith are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our clients team. They are a highly successful and well establish Residential Developer who are passionate about quality and customer service.
The role is will involve visiting properties across a range of new build apartments as well as a portfolio of rental properties across London carrying out remedial works so you must be experienced across, joinery, hanging and refitting doors, painting and decorating, mastic, patch plastering and tiling.
The position will mainly be based in South Hampstead, however you will be provided with a company vehicle as the position will also involve travelling to different properties around the Greater London area so a clean driving license is essential.
