Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant ready to make a move?

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience. OTE £52,000

We are currently looking for somebody with new homes sales experience, that is looking to make a move to a prestigious, well-respected company. You will be joining a very welcoming and supportive team and be given a clear path for career progression. You will be based in their marketing suite in Cambridge and this role will require you to work 3 out of 4 weekends a month in a temp-perm position.

What will you be doing?

The standard day to day as a New Homes Sales Consultant would include:

  • Engage with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying process
  • Effectively manage the sales process from initial enquiry to reservation and completion
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for both Phase 3 and future phases
  • Provide detailed and accurate knowledge of the development, specifications, and local area to clients
  • Liaise with the wider sales and construction team to ensure a smooth buyer journey
  • Ensure show homes and marketing suites are presented to the highest standards

What are the requirements?

  • Must have previous experience in New Homes Sales
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for delivering results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to the team from day one
