NEW HOMES SALES CONSULTANT SHARED OWNERSHIP - ASAP

We're looking for a results-focused, ambitious New Homes Sales Consultant to help us sell out a stunning Islingto development of 1-3 bed apartments. With up to £4k commission on the table, the rewards are real-but so is the challenge.
The Deal:
- £30,000 basic / £14.42 hour + holiday pay + commission (£400 per plot)
- Tuesday-Saturday, 10 am-5 pm.
- Contract: Early Jan - End of March (potential to go permanent!).
- Smash the database, close deals, and help us hit year-end targets!
This role is perfect for someone with shared ownership experience who knows how to hit the ground running.
