New Homes Customer Service Coordinator
Days + hours: Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm. (Mon - Fri, 8-5pm or 9-6pm)
Location: West London, Notting Hill
Pay: £30,000 (paid as a day rate, weekly pay + holiday pay)
Duration: on-going assignment, minimum 6 months with a view to go permanent
As a New Homes Customer Service Coordinator you will:
- Liaise with contractors to ensure defects and/or snagging are being seen to, to time frame.
- Answer inbound calls and queries from residents in new build homes.
- Manage inbox and prepare welcome packs for new residents.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking other general duties e.g answering the phones, filing and any other tasks that may be needed.
You'll be a great match if you are:
- Able to adapt and take on new tasks (particularly admin or IT related).
- Comfortable in client facing situations, with personable demeanour.
- Keen to accelerate a career in luxury new build property.
