We are seeking an experienced New Homes Marketing Executive to join a dynamic team for an exciting temporary role. Based in Watford, this position offers hybrid working and flexibility, making it a great opportunity for a marketing professional looking to work on high-profile projects with a leading homebuilder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for upcoming new homes developments
- Coordinate with sales teams to create engaging marketing collateral and promotional materials
- Manage social media channels and online marketing efforts
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary
- Assist with event planning and promotional activities for new development launches
- Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the homebuilding or property sector
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media and website management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
