Sales Consultant - Luxury Riverside Development
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + Commission
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Including 3 Saturdays per month, No Sundays)

We are seeking an experienced and personable Sales Consultant to join a high-end residential development featuring 800 stunning units in an exciting riverside location. This mixed-use scheme offers luxury amenities including a spa, gym, and vibrant retail spaces, making it a desirable destination for residents and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Guide buyers through the sales process, offering expert advice on available properties.
- Show Suite Management: Maintain the presentation of the show suite to the highest standard, ensuring it reflects the quality of the development.
- Attention to Detail: Handle all aspects of sales documentation, contracts, and client records with precision.
- Client Experience: Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for all potential buyers, ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive and experienced sales team to drive results and meet targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in New Homes sales is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
- An intelligent, personable, and engaging approach.
- Ability to work weekends (3 Saturdays per month).
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer journey.
