About the Role:
This is a temp-to-perm role, offering you the chance to trial the position before transitioning to a permanent role. You'll work as part of a supportive and dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer service and guiding buyers through their homebuying journey.
Location: Essex
Salary: Up to £31,000 basic (depending on experience) + £55,000+ OTE
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by selling new homes off-plan and from show homes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with prospective buyers.
- Conduct viewings, handle enquiries, and manage the sales process from reservation to completion.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the development, property specifications, and the surrounding area.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet site objectives and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Represent the company professionally, maintaining the 5-star reputation of the housebuilder.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in New Homes Sales is essential, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- A strong sales background with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
