As a New Homes Sales Consultant you will showcase a brand new development in the heart of West London. You will be buyers main point of contact and you negotiate the sale and guide them through the process through to completion. Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by engaging with potential buyers and showcasing brand new properties, off plan
- Guide clients through the entire home-buying process
- Build and maintain strong relationships to close deals effectively
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets, this could be from any sales focused industry, including phone sales, or car sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Weekend working is required, with 2 consecutive days off in the week
