Are you an enthusiastic and driven sales professional?

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading developers for their flagship development in South West London, and we need an exceptional New Home Sales Negotiator to join their team.

Roles and responsibilities: As a New Home Sales Negotiator, you will:

  • Engage with potential buyers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in New Homes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for property and customer satisfaction.
