About Us:

My client create exceptional new homes and communities. They are seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their development in East London.

Role Overview:

You will be the face of the business in marketing suite, guiding potential buyers through the home-buying process. Your role involves conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, assisting with reservations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information about our properties.
  • Conduct property tours and highlight key features.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
  • Assist buyers with the reservation process.
  • Maintain knowledge of the development, pricing, and the local market.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
