- Salary: £30,000 per year
- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Concierge, you'll be the backbone of the building during nighttime hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and Assisting Residents & Visitors: Deliver a warm welcome and offer professional support for all inquiries or requests.
- Security Oversight: Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV, and ensure all safety protocols are upheld.
- Crisis Management: Handle emergencies efficiently and provide calm, clear guidance when it matters most.
- Upkeep of Common Areas: Ensure the building remains presentable and address any maintenance needs promptly.
- Coordination Tasks: Oversee deliveries, manage logs, and maintain communication with both residents and the daytime team.

- Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar role
- Experience providing excellent levels of customer service

- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, residents and guests.
