An opportunity has arisen to join a leading Real Estate Consultancy as an Office Coordinator. Based in their vibrant office in Liverpool Street you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, coordinate the day to day running of the office, manage diaries and assist with events.
Main duties include:
- Greeting all visitors
- Answering telephone calls, emails and post
- Diary management for the senior team- booking meetings, travel etc
- Administration of documents
- Day to day office coordination
- Assist with planning of events as well as attending
Skills:
- Strong administration skills including Microsoft packages
- Friendly, confident, can do attitude
- The ability to multi-task
- Fantastic communication skills
