Job description
My client are a leading house builder who are looking for an Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join their head office in the city of London.
You will be managing their front office, meeting and greeting staff and external visitors and ensuring the office space is kept to the highest standards.
Some of the duties involved within this position are listed below:
- Responsibility for all inbound callers to main office
- Booking and monitoring meeting rooms and managing the calenders
- Assist in IT set ups for meetings
- Give tours around the office
- Set new starters up on relevant systems
- Arranging HO office celebrations/ decorations for events
- Support with Quarterly Updates/MD's Briefing
- Ordering office supplies for head office and ensuring inventory is kept up to date
- Booking First Aid and Fire Marshal training

This is an office based role, Monday-Friday, working hours 8-5pm.
