Job Title: Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant
Location: Oxford, NW London
Hours: 3 days per week (including some weekends), 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £15.00 per hour + holiday pay (£19.79 PAYE)
Contract: Ongoing (minimum 6 months, potential for permanent role)
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet potential clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Understand client needs, including budget and preferences.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings.
- Provide detailed information about the development and the buying process.
- Assist clients with the reservation process for off-plan properties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in property sales, particularly new homes, or possesses strong sales skills from luxury retail, aviation, or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work on weekends.
