About the Role: Are you an ambitious property management professional ready for a challenge? We're seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our growing team. You'll be the main point of contact for tenants, handling everything from move-ins to day-to-day inquiries and maintenance requests. Your mission: ensure tenant satisfaction and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Liaison: Handle all tenant inquiries from move-in to check-out.
- Property Management: Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and deposit releases.
- Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve incidents, including out-of-hours emergencies.
- Compliance: Ensure properties meet all legislative requirements.
- Maintenance Coordination: Log and manage repair requests and contractor assignments.
- Inspections: Conduct property inspections and move-in demonstrations.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong tenant and community relationships.
- Financial Management: Manage arrears and maintain accurate records.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Head of Department.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience: Proven experience in property management, preferably in BTR, PBSA, or leasing agencies.
- Qualifications: ARLA qualification is essential.
- Skills: Outstanding customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
- Personality: Dynamic, driven, and passionate about property management.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Teamwork: Collaborative team player who motivates colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Innovative with a knack for resolving issues.
