Role: Property Manager

Location: Alton, Hampshire

Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking your next career challenge? Our client, a thriving Property Management company based in Alton, Hampshire, is looking for a dedicated individual to join their growing team.

We're looking for an individual with strong negotiation, organisation, and administration skills, who is comfortable with database management and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:


- At least 1 year of Property Management experience
- Excellent personal presentation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Motivated and driven to succeed and meet objectives
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a positive attitude and sense of humour
- Full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle

Key Responsibilities:


- Managing a portfolio of properties efficiently and professionally
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and the lettings team
- Addressing maintenance issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Handling and negotiating deposit returns during the deposit release process
- Investigating and resolving informal complaints quickly and efficiently
- Coordinating end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy work in collaboration with the lettings team
- Developing and managing relationships with contractors on the preferred supplier list
- Conducting property inspections as required
- Supporting other areas of the business as needed
