What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Resident Engagement: Attend organised resident events and meetings, strengthening relationships within the community.
✅ Communications & Marketing: Lead the production of an annual newsletter, manage social media updates, and create content to keep residents informed and engaged.
✅ Tenancy Support: Assist with tenancy-related communications, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all residents and the charity.
✅ Community Building: Be the go-to person for resident queries, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
What We're Looking For:
✅Someone with a genuine passion for resident engagement, communication and confident in in-person meetings.
✅A strong communicator with experience in social media, newsletters, or community outreach.
✅A proactive, organised individual who enjoys event planning and attending community meetings.
✅Knowledge of or interest in the affordable rental market and tenancy management.
