Role overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing the Sales Progression of all plots within the UK, liaising with teams in Shanghai, Dubai and Hong Kong. Progress deals through from reservation to exchange/ completion, AML checking, reporting, working w/ the CRM system and communicating with legal, finance, investment, sales & marketing, CEO and Founders. Take leadership of reporting to the board, as well as managing a direct report.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the legal progression of plot sales transactions, across four sales offices
- Running and reviewing AML checks
- Updating the CRM system
- Managing the Sales Matrix for each development ensuring information is current and accurate
- Managing weekly cross team reporting with accurate data and figures
- Weekly reporting to the board with the sales figures and progression updates
- Collaborating with internal and external contacts to respond to buyers' legal enquiries and progress transactions
- Frequently liaising with solicitors, clients & brokers
- Managing the completions & handover process for each development
- Coordinating valuations, liaising with Mortgage Lenders and Valuers, preparing CML forms and valuation packs
- Managing a log of any client changes and change order forms and ensuring they are signed off by the Sales & Marketing Director and the relevant onsite teams
- Helping to chase and keep track off upcoming and overdue stage payments
- Managing document control and ensuring files are kept up to date.
- Assisting with a range of administrative tasks for the global sales team
