Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective buyers and real estate agents.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to optimise sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in property sales or related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the property market in Essex and the UK.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software application
