Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 base + 20% commission, longer term Equity opportunity
Location: Prime Central London - Office in Chelsea & Fulham SW London

Are you a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional ready to lead and grow a high-potential real estate office in one of London's most prestigious markets? An independent, boutique real estate agency with offices in Chelsea & Fulham is seeking a Sales Manager to take the reins and drive the business forward.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead Estate Agency Sales focused on the Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Fulham areas. Our clients have offices in the UK as well as in the US. They're looking for someone who can:
Build and grow the business in Prime Central London.
Lead by example, prospecting for new business and cultivating strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
Bring innovation to the role, leveraging a personal black book of contacts and creative methods to generate new leads.
Hit the ground running, bringing on properties and closing deals with enthusiasm and skill.
You'll have autonomy to shape the sales function while being supported by a leader who's experienced, hands-on, and detail-focused. This role requires someone with the drive, ambition, and resilience to exceed.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for and bring on new properties, especially those not widely advertised.
Value properties, liaise with vendors, and close sales effectively.
Build strong client relationships and ensure outstanding service.
Innovate and implement strategies to grow our portfolio and presence in the market.
Manage and grow a team of brokers to achieve high performance.
Who We're Looking For
A motivated self-starter with a proven track record in Estate Agency sales.
Someone hungry for progression and interested in equity opportunities longer-term.
A professional with strong time management, a robust work ethic, and a proactive attitude.
Experience working independently, ideally within an independent or boutique agency.
A solid network and knowledge of the Prime Central London market.
