Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Location: West End

Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £90,000 + 10% bonus

We are representing one of fastest growing residential private rental business during an extremely exciting period. A front-runner in ESG innovations, the firm is looking for motivated individuals to join the business.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be part of an experienced Finance Team. Your responsibilities will encompass providing financial support to the investment, commercial, and development sectors of the business. This role includes aspects of business partnering, financial reporting, legal entity management, and transaction governance.

Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):

  • Develop and implement finance processes and controls for property acquisitions
  • Deliver accurate monthly and ad-hoc investment reports for property acquisitions, transaction costs, regulatory compliance, and group finance requirements
  • Serve as the Finance Business Partner for the Commercial, Development, and Asset Management Teams, providing transaction support through detailed information and analysis. Manage relationships with key finance partners across the organization.
  • Oversee accounting activities, ensuring ledgers accurately reflect the financial position of each legal entity.
  • Support internal and external audits, respond to group queries including Group Tax, assist Group Finance, and maintain internal controls to produce precise financial information.
  • Assist in executing and governing new investment transactions.

Requirements:

  • Fully accredited ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
  • Commercial mindset
  • Property experience, private rented sector valued
  • Significant FP&A experience important
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key partners at all levels
  • Analytical and numerate - ability to rapidly absorb, review & refine new concepts
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to quickly absorb, review, and refine new concepts.
  • Proficient in generating, analysing, and reporting on large volumes of information and data.
