This business has a HUGE global presence boasting over 1500 offices worldwide, with their London contingent being very much a growing and evolving entity - hence the company growing via this position. They're now at a point of growth and first on the list is the Lettings team in Marylebone.
Marylebone is known to be one of the most sought after locations for an Estate Agent, with property prices and style of properties that are completely unparrelel to any other market in London.
Details on the position:
- Lettings Advisor
- Basic Salary circa £25,000
- Commission Structure starting at 10% and quickly rising up to 15%
- OTE in the region of £60,000
Requirements for the position:
- Lettings Advisor/Negotiator experience
- An ability to work with HNWI
- A hunger to succeed
- Full UK Driving License
- Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month
