Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from enquiry to completion
- Conduct property viewings and sell off plan
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth transactions
- Collaborate with marketing on sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven property sales experience, especially in new homes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the North London market is a plus
- Ambitious, Self-motivated and proactive
Benefits:
