An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly regarded estate agency in South Kensington. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic team in one of London's most prestigious property markets.
My client is looking for a motivated and proactive individual with a proven track record in residential sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants and successfully matching requirements
- Conducting accompanied viewings and continuous follow ups
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Working collaboratively with Sales Manager to increase revenue
- Negotiating offers to achieve the best results
- Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- A full UK driving licence
