Position Overview

We are seeking a experienced Technical Manager to join a Residential Developer and work on a regeneration scheme in central London. The Technical Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all technical aspects of the project, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the construction process, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 + Package
