New Homes Sales Progressor wanted to join leading London new homes developer.
- ASAP start (maternity cover 13 months)
- Up to £40k basic salary plus on target earnings £41000 - £43000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, ideal for a sales consultant who wants their weekends back!
- Contract role with scope to go permanent for the right person.
You will:
* Coordinate with lawyers and site sales teams for any changes made to drawings that may impact on purchasers.
* Ensure all compliance requirements, including anti-money laundering documents and certificates, are met in a timely and efficient manner.
* Liaise with Customer Relations regarding extension requests and deposits.
* Ensure all staged payments are received on time.
* Conduct world checks once advance payments are received.
You'll need
* Experience in sales progression within the property sector, particularly with new homes.
* Legal conveyancing knowledge.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Competent in Microsoft packages, namely Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Proven ability to work independently, effectively managing all stakeholders and demonstrating effective diary management.
