This is an opportunity to dive straight into the deep end for a dedicated, award-winning business, within their well established Marylebone office.
This business has a HUGE global presence boasting over 1500 offices worldwide, however their London contingent is very much still a growing entity. They're now at a point of growth and first on the list is the Lettings team in Marylebone.
Marylebone is known to be one of the most sought after locations for an Estate Agent, with property prices and style of properties that are completely unparrelel to any other market in London.
Details on the position:
- Lettings Advisor
- Basic Salary between £18,000 - £20,000
- Commission Structure starting at 10% and rising up to 15%
- OTE in the region of £40,000
Requirements for the position:
- Relative 'selling' experience (Can be from a different industry to property)
- A desire to join the property market, ideally a reason for joining Lettings especially
- A hunger to succeed
- Full Uk Driving License
- Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month
