In the summer of 2017 and straight out of university, Sarah founded the commercial awareness and career development initiative, The Land Collective – aiming to encourage millennials and gen-zs to provide commentary and engage with the property market and the wider built environment sector.
The success of this platform then led her to launch Sqft Digital, an employer branding and social agency, that focuses on attracting and retaining diverse early talent across the built environment sector. They also support universities with built environment departments in marketing strategy and diversifying admissions.
