My client is looking for an outstanding Customer Care Manager to play a key role in refining processes, overseeing defect inspections, and leading a team of dedicated coordinators and operatives. What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in customer care working for a new homes developer
  • Strong construction and house builder knowledge
  • Expertise in streamlining processes and defect management
  • Strong leadership skills and a knack for motivating teams

The Details:

  • Up to £55k-£65k basic (depending on experience) + annual bonus
  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
  • 1 day WFH
