Lettings Administrator - City of London
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for real estate and community development? Our client is seeking a Lettings Administrator to join their team in Holborn. Key Responsibilities
As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lettings team with a variety of tasks, including:
- Updating Records: Maintaining the Lettings Asset Stocklist and lettings offer tracker.
- Coordination: Collaborating with Property Managers and checking Yardi for property availability.
- Contract Preparation: Drafting and finalising lettings contracts.
- Property Marketing: Scheduling access for photography with external providers.
- System Management: Uploading purchase orders and registering tenant deposits using Yardi.
- Tenant Communication: Liaising with tenants to complete paperwork, coordinating property viewings, and assisting with queries.
- Team Support: Assisting colleagues with tenancy renewals, preparing Section 13 notices, and completing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Meeting Support: Taking minutes during ad hoc meetings.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel and Word.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, either in-person or over the phone.
- The ability to prioritise tasks, stay calm, and perform under pressure.
- Prior lettings or administrative experience (desirable but not essential).
