Lettings Administrator - City of London

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for real estate and community development? Our client is seeking a Lettings Administrator to join their team in Holborn. Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lettings team with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Updating Records: Maintaining the Lettings Asset Stocklist and lettings offer tracker.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with Property Managers and checking Yardi for property availability.
  • Contract Preparation: Drafting and finalising lettings contracts.
  • Property Marketing: Scheduling access for photography with external providers.
  • System Management: Uploading purchase orders and registering tenant deposits using Yardi.
  • Tenant Communication: Liaising with tenants to complete paperwork, coordinating property viewings, and assisting with queries.
  • Team Support: Assisting colleagues with tenancy renewals, preparing Section 13 notices, and completing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Meeting Support: Taking minutes during ad hoc meetings.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, either in-person or over the phone.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, stay calm, and perform under pressure.
  • Prior lettings or administrative experience (desirable but not essential).
