Are you a skilled Senior Coordinator looking for that next step up? Or are you a seasoned Aftercare Manager looking for their next challenge within customer care?

We are seeking a dedicated Aftercare Manager to oversee my clients post-sales customer support and ensure a smooth, positive experience for homeowners after they move in. In this role, you will manage homeowner inquiries, coordinate repairs, and work with internal teams to address any issues that arise during the aftercare period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle homeowner requests and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate repairs and services with contractors and internal teams
  • Ensure timely resolution of warranty claims and post-sale issues
  • Maintain strong relationships with homeowners to ensure high satisfaction
  • Manage the aftercare process to ensure a smooth transition post-move-in

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, project management, or home building
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of home construction and warranty processes is a plus
