Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Location: North Kent

Salary: Base + OTE £55,000 PA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm;

Saturday, 9:30am - 4:30pm (with a day off in lieu during the week).

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent ready to take the next step in their career. If you are driven, motivated, and eager to progress into management, this role is for you. The Assistant Branch Manager will be pivotal in driving the success of the North Kent branch, focusing on residential sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Appraisals: Conduct valuations and secure instructions for residential sales properties.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek and win new business opportunities.
  • Client Management: Register, qualify, and manage applicants, ensuring a high standard of customer care.
  • Sales Management: Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Care: Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Legal Compliance: Operate within all legal obligations without exception.
  • Market Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the local property market and available listings.
  • Canvassing & Marketing: Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the branch.
  • Team Support: Assist with the training and development of new staff members.
  • Identify Opportunities: Spot potential business opportunities and refer them to the appropriate division.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a residential sales agent with proven experience in securing new business.
  • Valuation Expertise: Proven experience in property listing and valuation.
  • Sales Ability: Exceptional sales skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Customer Service: A high level of customer service and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills and a tenacious approach to achieving success.
  • Adaptability: Responsive to change and a high-achiever with the drive to excel.
