Assistant Sales Manager, North Kensington & Notting Hill

About you
The successful candidate should have a natural thirst for sales, a determination and hunger to sell properties and effortlessly network to build strong relationships with clients and buyers alike.
- You must be a senior negotiator and have a natural ability to build strong relationships
- Ambition, hard working and determined are few attributes required along with a sparkling attitude
- You must exercise a good team spirit within an office environment
- You should be driven, motivated and excited by property and meeting people
- Experience in valuing and listing properties in Kensington and Chelsea or similar area is advantageous
- You should be forward thinking and highlight ability and willingness to work with the senior team
About the role
- Register and maintain regular contact with applicants, building lasting relationships within the local area
- Ensure a methodical daily task structure is implemented to maximise productivity
- Support and work closely with Sales Manager, strategise and plan
- Maximise opportunities to increase revenue
The Rewards
- Competitive basic salary
- OTE £60k-£70k with guaranteed
- Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm. Sat 9.30am to 3.30pm.
- Saturday Rota - 1 in 4 - ½ lieu day given for Saturday
