Associate Director - Residential Sales (Oxfordshire)

Our client, a prestigious firm in the property sector, is seeking a driven Associate Director to support residential sales in the Oxfordshire area. This key role involves delivering outstanding sales results while supporting the Head of Office in driving revenue, profitability, and lead generation across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving individual and team revenue targets through the sale of residential properties.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, securing future business through meetings and exceptional service.
  • Sourcing, pitching for, and securing new business by developing relationships with potential clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing outstanding customer service, tailored to individual client needs, both face-to-face and via telephone or email.
  • Overseeing the progression of sales to completion, liaising with solicitors and keeping all parties informed.
  • Maintaining a robust network of internal and external contacts to stay informed on market trends and new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oxford and the surrounding area.
  • Excellent negotiating and rapport-building skills.
  • Experience in leading pitches and securing new business.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the residential sales process and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, colleagues, clients, and agents.
  • Commitment to high standards and quality service.
  • Proven ability of converting market appraisals to sales revenue.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary: £30,000 - £40,000 negotiable depending on experience
