Building Surveyor- Project management
Are you interested in working for a UK property investment and management platform? Are you a qualified Building surveyor who wishes to also be more involved in the project management side?
With the large amount of work in the south of England, you'll play a key role in managing high-value refurbishment and development projects across a diverse portfolio. The opportunity will be there to build a team around you too as the operations continue to grow.
General working day
·Oversee the preparation of design and contract documentation, tendering, contract administration, and financial control
· Provide comprehensive project management, from scope and budgeting through to handover

· Lead the planning and delivery of major refurbishment projects, ensuring cost-effective and timely completion
· Offer strategic building advice on tenant alterations, repairs, and dilapidations claims
· Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence and advise on refurbishment costs to feed into business plans
· Work closely with external consultants, Facilities Managers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution

Non negotiables:
· MRICS qualification (or equivalent) with a solid knowledge of property and project management
· Proven experience in building surveying within commercial property management
· A strong leader who is comfortable directing external consultants and collaborating across teams

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on achieving results
