Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our client's team based in North London or West London. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless journey for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for property inspections and maintenance.
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments within the company to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of customer care processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or coordinator role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car for travel within the specified region.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary ranging from £33,000 to £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
