I am looking for a Customer Care Coordinator with one of the region's largest property developers, you'll play a key role in overseeing 1700+ homes! In this dynamic position, you'll tackle complaints, handle snagging and defects, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll need previous experience working with a house builder in a similar role and must be a problem-solving pro.

The Role:
- Fast-paced environment managing complaints and a high workload
- 3 days office-based, 1 day on-site, 1 day from home
- Monday to Friday work schedule
- Salary: £31k+ (DOE)
