Based in Stansted, this role involves travel 3 days a week to a development in Colchester, working with an experienced, supportive team that is committed to excellence.
Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator
Location: Stansted (with travel 3 days a week to Colchester)
Salary: Up to £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate the resolution of defects, liaising with contractors, site teams, and customers.
- Schedule and manage appointments for inspections and remedial works.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and defect resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

- Proven experience in a similar role within a housebuilder or residential developer.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and defect management.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail.
