The Role:
- Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints related to defects and snagging.
- Manage a high volume of cases while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with contractors, site teams, and customers to coordinate remedial works.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and updates using the in-house CRM system.
- Visit sites on an ad hoc basis, so a car and valid driving license are preferred.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in a similar Customer Care role with a housebuilder.
- Strong knowledge of defects, snagging, and construction processes.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A customer-focused attitude with a drive to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
