We are seeking a skilled, immediately available Customer Care Operative with expertise in multi trades, to be site based in Greenwich, South East London.
Our client is a well-established and leading SME developer and the roles will focus on remedial works improving the fire safety standards in their recently completed new homes. Tasks include πππππππ, π πππ πππππππ πππ πππππππππ, ππππππππ πππ π πππππππππ, ππππππ, πππππ ππππππππππ, πππ ππππππ. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
This role is customer facing, therefore must have worked in a similar role before. Strong background in plumbing, electrical, painting, decorating, and mastic application will be essential to the success of this role.
- Working hours 7:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Paying Β£40,000 start ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Utilize safety equipment as required, including personal protective equipment (PPE).
Quality Control:
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Make any necessary touch-ups or corrections to achieve a flawless finish.
Customer Service:
- Interact professionally with clients and address their questions or concerns.
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding paint colors, finishes, and decorating options.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an operative for a New Build developer
- Strong knowledge of fire remediation, painting techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in mastic application and repairs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina for physically demanding tasks.
- Understanding of safety protocols and guidelines.
