Job Opportunity: Property Investment Sales
Location: Manchester Office
Salary: £25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60k-70k first year, £100k+ thereafter)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule, 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu

About
My client specialises in offering investors unique opportunities to buy and let commercial properties, with a focus on off-plan developments. The office is doing incredibly well with the current team of two sales professionals achieving exceptional success, billing over £600,000 collectively last year. Each team member took home over £100k-and now, my client is looking for their next superstar to join the journey.
The Role
As a Salesperson, you will:
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to promote and sell investment properties off-plan.
- Build and nurture client relationships, offering tailored advice to meet their investment goals.
- Work in a high-energy environment, leveraging your sales skills to close deals and exceed targets.
- Stay informed about the property market and investment opportunities to confidently advise clients.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
- Experienced in sales (property experience is a plus but not essential).
- Results-oriented and motivated by earning potential.
- Confident, articulate, and skilled at building relationships over the phone and email.
- A quick learner with a keen interest in property and investment.
