Land & Development Manager
Deverellsmith is partnering with a leading Developer. Our client has an impressive track record and pipeline. They deliver mixed-use schemes across the capital.
An excellent opportunity to join their acquisitions team, focusing on the identification, appraisal, and purchase of development opportunities across London and the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Head of Acquisitions
- Market-facing land role
- Screen and assess initial opportunities for development
- Conduct thorough due diligence and appraisals, covering legal, technical, and financial aspects
- Perform feasibility studies and draft Investment Memorandums and Committee Reports
- Track public procurement opportunities and explore joint ventures and partnerships
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Argus
- 2 to 5 years in Land / Development
- Established network within the London land market
- Numerically adept with a keen commercial sense
- Detail-oriented with the ability to summarise commercial and technical reports
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and senior management
